Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your country of residence. You confirm that all information you submit during application and screening is true, current and complete.

Membership is by application only. We may decline, suspend, or revoke any account at our reasonable discretion — for example if documents cannot be verified, if the live screening interview reveals inconsistencies, or if conduct on the platform breaches these Terms.

• No fake identities, impersonation, or duplicate accounts.
• No requests for money, gifts, crypto, vouchers, or financial assistance.
• No sharing of external contact details to move conversations off-platform during the early stages of contact.
• No harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, or illegal content.
• No scraping, automated access, or attempts to bypass row-level security or moderation filters.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Each lady's inbox is capped at two active conversations at a time. First in-person meetings are arranged only at partner venues we have pre-vetted in Burgas. We are not party to any relationship that forms between members and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.

Where membership or screening fees apply, the current pricing is shown before payment is taken. We do not operate a pay-per-message, pay-per-minute, or paid-gift model. Refunds are handled in line with applicable EU consumer law.

The Alla's Angels name, logo and platform are the property of Sima Tech Ltd. You retain the rights to the photos and text you upload and grant us a limited licence to display them inside the platform for the purposes of running the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any other member, for outcomes of meetings or relationships, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian or EU law.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to hello@simatech.bg. On closure we delete or anonymise data in line with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be heard by the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
