Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your country of residence. All information submitted during application and screening must be true, current and complete.

Membership is by application only. Gentlemen pay the introduction fee and complete the screening and vetting process before introductions. Ladies complete a live screening interview before joining; no background check happens before joining, and a later soft identity and marital-status check is initiated only if a gentleman requests it and the lady agrees. We may decline, suspend or revoke any account at our reasonable discretion.

• No fake identities, impersonation or duplicate accounts.
• No requests for money, gifts, crypto, vouchers or financial assistance.
• No harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content or illegal content.
• No scraping, automated access or attempts to bypass security or moderation filters.

Each lady's inbox is capped at two active conversations at a time. First in-person meetings are arranged only at partner venues we have pre-vetted in Burgas. We are not party to any relationship that forms between members and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.

Where membership or screening fees apply, the current pricing is shown before payment is taken. We do not operate a pay-per-message, pay-per-minute or paid-gift model. Refunds are handled in line with applicable EU consumer law.

The Alla's Angels name, logo and platform are the property of Sima Tech Ltd. You retain rights to photos and text you provide and grant us a limited licence to display them inside the platform for the purpose of running the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any other member, outcomes of meetings or relationships, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian or EU law.

You may close your account by writing to hello@simatech.bg. On closure we delete or anonymise data in line with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be heard by the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
