Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can request a refund of the €100 gentleman introduction fee.
1. Before your screening interview begins
You may request a full refund of the €100 introduction fee at any time before your live screening interview begins. Email us at hello@allasangels.com and we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
2. After the screening interview begins
Once your live screening interview or background verification has started, the fee is non-refundable. It covers the professional cost of the interview, identity checks, criminal-record checks and marital-status verification we perform on every gentleman we approve.
3. If we decline your application
If our team declines your application at any stage, we will refund the €100 fee in full, minus any verified third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
4. Duplicate or accidental payments
Duplicate charges and accidental payments are always fully refunded. Contact us within 60 days of the charge.
5. Disputes
Please contact us first at hello@allasangels.com so we can resolve any concern. Chargebacks filed before contacting us may delay any refund we would otherwise process voluntarily.
6. Ladies
No fee is ever charged to ladies, so no refund applies.
